Do you want to play Pickleball?
Hoping to become a ‘pickler’? Pickleball is a tremendously fun sport that can be played by many. It seems like pickleball courts are popping up all over the place. If you are getting started with pickleball, some things can be done to keep you playing as long as possible:
1) Wear ankle braces. The ones that lace up can help prevent ankle sprains.
2) Do Strengthening exercise twice weekly. Doing so will help prevent muscle strains and optimize bone density and improve your agility on the court.
3) Do some jogging. No need to go far, but the impact will keep your tendons prepared for the level of demand that pickleball will put on your legs.
