I do not know how to get started with exercise.
Are you not sure how to get started with exercise? You have never used any exercise equipment before but would like to learn how? I have made some tutorials regarding how to use stationary and recumbent bikes and elliptical machines. These will serve as great beginner tutorials for those. They specifically detail what things to consider when getting on and off equipment if you have balance difficulties, how to use each machine, and also how to monitor your heart rate so you can effectively monitor the intensity of each exercise. Unless you are taking a specific type of medication called beta blockers (atenolol, metoprolol, etc.), you can shoot for a heart rate over 90 beats per minute and be assured that you can get the variety of benefits from aerobic exercise.
